The Rangers are all set to come home and play either Boston or Tampa Bay.I took a snap poll on Twitter tonight and it was no contest. Everyone that responded to me (@therangerreport) said they would rather see Boston, and I agree. The Red Sox have had a really bad September, and they are not looking like October would be any more kind to them having to face a Rangers team that is pounding the ball right now and have won 6 in a row. I happen to have all the confidence in the world that the Rangers can take care of either team that will come to Arlington to face them starting Friday. It was also announced today that Derek Holland will be the starter for the second game in the ALDS, and we all know already the CJ is the starter in game 1.
Since Friday starts a new season, I plan on doing a podcast Thursday night with Nathan Hague and Chad Martin. If you have listened to our podcasts in the past, you know who those two fine gentleman are, and thank you. If not, you should listen to this one.
