I have been reading posts all weekend on twitter and the blogs that Michael Young is very unhappy and wants a trade, but I have not heard anything from the source himself. I think it is time for Young to say something if he is happy or not happy with his situation to either let Ranger fans know if he wants to stay or if he does not want to stay. I have been a big fan and really sticking up for Young, believing all along that he WANTED to be a Ranger, and if he doesn’t want to be a Ranger, he needs to let us all know that so we can STOP telling everyone that he is going to stay here. Young is still Mr. Ranger in my book, and will be until the minuet he leaves or retires. I will always be a Micheal Young fan unless he does something like Texiera did and slams the Ranger organization. I will keep you posted if any other news happens on Young, but, as of now, according to what I am hearing, Young no longer wants to be the highest paid DH in the AL. I hope that the reports are wrong. He would be the most valuble player off the bench and will probably end up starting at 2nd base at some point in the season. We wiil just wait and see what happens.
