In a night where pitching for both teams was terrible, I should have known better than to go to bed in the seventh inning. Some people told me as much later.
I even stated before the Angels took the 11-7 lead that the Angels bull one was bad and the Rangers still had a shot. I should have listened to myself.
The Rangers are on a two game winning streak, and both wins have come in dramatic walk-off fashion. The hero from Monday night, Geo Soto had yet another clutch home run last night, and the win was capped off by a 3 run blast off the bat of Leonys Martin. So who is this Ranger team? I said here on this site that the Rangers were going through a stretch where they were playing the bottom feeders, and that they had to win most of the games coming up. So far, they have. Now, they need to get their pitching back in order since they are all of a sudden hitting. The Rangers bull pen did not look like one of the best in baseball last night.
An Angels sweep is now in order, and I will not go to bed early on this one, I promise you that. Enjoy tonight’s game everyone.
