According to T.R. Sullivan, the Rangers are set to announce the rotation later today. It is expected to be (and there are no surprises here if you have been reading anything lately)

The Rangers will most likely leave Ogando (who they already said is moving back to the bullpen according to Foul Territory) and Nefti in the pen, because that is where they are most needed. Stay tuned here and I will tell you when the news breaks.
