The Texas Rangers spent more than a billion dollars on Globe Life Field. Arlington will finally have games in the AC, but that has not stopped twitter from roasting the look of the new stadium. Comparing it to everything from a Costco to a can of tuna, some fans are less than satisfied with the look.

It goes on and on. Fans around the country do not seem to be a big fan of the design. The sad thing is that Globe Life Park was a beautiful ballpark. Globe Life Field, not so much. Fans are roasting it, and I can’t say I blame them. I have been against building a new ballpark from the beginning. With that being said, I am going to enjoy watching games in the air conditioning (when fans can return).
What do you think? Are fans right to roast the way it looks? Do you take offense by then memes, or is it just people having fun. While the park is not pretty on the outside in most opinions, The inside seems like it is well built. Let me know what you think in the comments below or on Facebook and Twitter.
