Nelson Cruz left last nights game with tightness in his right quad and will most likely miss at least 2 games. He may not be back in time for the Yankee series, giving the Rangers offense yet another blow it did not need. Also, Ogando suffered from that blister problem again last night in the Rangers loss last night.

Yeah since the Hamilton injury, the Rangers luck has went down hill. Hopefully the Rangers’ karma changers soon….aka injuries, bad situational hitting, and just terrible luck at the moment. Long season so can’t get stirred over a 16-14 record but things have to change rather quickly or red flags will be in order.
I think better situational hitting is a big priority (call Thad Bosley) the next week or two. I think better use of bullpen is 2nd biggest priority (Ole Ron leaving pitchers in longer than needed).
2 more in Seattle and then a big home stand. Let’s go Rangers!!!
I read it on the Rangers website this morning. They did say he may be out a few games. It was not definite.
