The Rangers were no hit through 5 innings by Cahill today, but managed to squeeze out 7 runs in the last 4 innings. The A’s did not squeeze out quite that many runs. The really good news, though, is our bullpen is still pitching really great, Colby looked like he did in the post season last year, and the Angels got blasted by the Blue Jays, so now the Rangers have a 3 game lead over the Angels. Also, Josh Hamilton had a great catch that seemed game changing at the time, until the Rangers exploded later in the game. 
The Rangers now have a great oportunity to have a 4 game lead going into a 3 game series with the Angels this coming week. I can’t wait for that series to start, but first, lets see how Harrison does to try and top Lewis tomorrow.
